Jared Isaacman

Jared “Rook” Isaacman is a two-time astronaut, having served as Mission Commander for both Polaris Dawn and Inspiration4. He currently serves as NASA Administrator, following his swearing-in on December 18, 2025. Prior to entering public service, Jared was the founder and CEO of Shift4, a global payments and technology company, and Draken International, a defense aerospace firm. He is an experienced pilot with over 7,000 flight hours in jets and experimental aircraft, and a dedicated philanthropist who has donated hundreds of millions of dollars to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and other charitable causes.
